Ok guys I have a question for you. let say that I have Melissa Benson
out(Ventrue) and I call a Praxis Seizure Berlin and it
passes. She then become prince of Berlin and since she is Ventrue her
capacity increase by one. then I call a praxis Seizure London she then
become Prince of London. Now I understand that she denounces her previous
title but since she is Ventrue does her capacity increase again? just
wondering. I do not think that I would ever do this but I think that it
is nice to know these things. Thanks.

She loses the capacity bonus when she loses the title.
It was mentioned somewhere.

When she loses the Berlin title, she also loses the blood capacity it
bestowed. If the new title bestows a blood capacity, then the net
result is no change in capacity.

Ok cool, thanks. Now if that capacity is already full, does that blood
stay on her, go to the blood bank, or to your pool?
Answer that. =) Thanks!

A vampire can *never* hold more blood than her capacity. Any excess
immediately drains off (to the blood bank).

Similar to the immediate discard if your hand size is reduced to below the
number of cards in your hand.

It couldn't increase again that way; London is not a bonus city for the
Ventrue (oddly, Geneva is, although its natural prince is a Gangrel). I
had wondered about that in a slightly different context--namely, what
would happen if Costanza Vinti (Brujah, prince of Rome) won a PS: Rome (a
bonus city for the Brujah, but she already held the title).

I do belive it goes to the bloodbank. The capacity increase, as I
understand it, should be not an actual change in generation. But rather
reflect the increased resources and prestige that comes with the titel. My
guess, even if I havent read anything about it, is that the citys are
traditionally held by the respective clans. So when you forfeit the title
your prestige in your clan is lost.

Technically, if the PS passes for Constanza, then she loses her old title
and gains the new one. The fact that the city happens to be the same
isn't important. Thus, she gets the +1 capacity for having the PS: Rome title.
