1) Durga Syn is blocked by a Hermana Menor armed with a Meat Hook.
Durga Syn strikes to steal the Meat Hook at first strike. Can Hermana
strike to break her own Meat Hook at first strike?

2) A Hermana Menor enters combat with Arika via Yawp Court. During the
combat, a Hermana Mejor plays Save Face on Hermana Menor. The combat
ends with Arika still ready, and Hermana Menor at 1 blood. Will
Hermana Menor receive the blood from Save Face before taking the
damage from Yawp Court? Would either of those two events be disrupted
if Hermana Mejor enters combat with Arika via Coordinated Attacks?

No. Strike: destroy weapon can only target a weapon possessed by the opposing
minion, and targets are chosen (and announced) when the strike is announced.

They have the same window, so acting player orders them.

Neither would be disrupted, since neither the blood gain from Save Face nor the
2 damage from Yawp Court are part of the resolution of their respective effects
(both are effects that are set up to happen later, like the "go to torpor"
effect of Undead Persistence).

That is, neither of the effects is "end combat and <blah>". Each one has a given
effect which, when resolved, sets up a later effect to happen after combat.
