At what point do the retainers empoloyed by Stanislava's opponents
lose their abilities? In particular, does a Ghoul Escort work against
her?

Minions only "oppose" each other during combat, so Stanislava's ability
only applies then. Mr. Winthrop, for example, will function normally.
