Assume this:

Gracis Nostinus attempts to bleed a meth with 2 untapped minions. The
minion blocks. The untapped Queen Anne (controlled by the Acting Meth)
plays Mask of 1K faces and then Cloak the Gathering to sneak by the
unlucky blocker (who has no intercept).

Does the still untapped blocker still tap as per Gracis Nostinus'
special?

I'm guessing yes.
