There can be only one Justicar of each clan, but is each one a distinct
title?

Here's the list of ridiculous questions. Assume no contestation, of
course:

If Don Cruez (or someone else who had received the Brujah Justicar title
through a vote) Clan Impersonates to Toreador, is he the Toreador Justicar?

If he Clan Impersonates to Baali, and then equips with a Writ of
Acceptance, is he the Baali Justicar?

If a Clanless Camarilla vampire (a Caitiff, Great Beast with a Writ, or
whatever) Clan Impersonates a Malkavian, then becomes Malkavian Justicar,
then burns the CI, is he a clanless Justicar, or does the "one per clan"
mean that a Justicar has to belong to a clan?

If clanless Justicars are allowed, then can there be only one?

And one other, slightly less related question:

Can Xaviar, the (currently unofficial) Independent Gangrel, be the recipient
of a Gangrel Justicar vote? If so, what happens? Is the title immediately
"suspended", or does Xaviar become Camarilla?

Thanks. Once again, most of these would never come up in play, but I'm
curious. :)

Moot.

Read section 10 for more fodder for your curiosity.

Bah, that pesky Section 10, which holds more answers to "Vampiric
Title" questions than the "Vampiric Titles" section [6.3.4].
Skim over one sentence, and you miss obvious answers to questions.

Jozxyqk
who still finds the concept of a Baali Justicar entertaining...

There is no 6.3.4 in the CE rulebook - all the title stuff is now
gathered in section 10 (except for the number of votes per title,
which is still in 6.3.3)

Aha! I was using the online HTML-ized rulebook, since I'm at work and
didn't bother to load the PDF.

Good job for consolidating this info, then :)
