Hello LSJ,

If I temporarily take control of a vampire via counters on Temptation
and then self-oust, does the original controller get their vampire
back? I think the vampire is removed from the game when I self oust,
and the original controller doesn't get the vamp back.

If I self-oust by paying for Ferraille, do my votes still count in the
referendum? I think I'm ousted immediately, and my votes aren't
tallied.

If I attempt to Jar the Soul of an Assamite and want to play a
Seduction as the action is declared, does the Yoruba Shrine cancel the
action before or after I get a chance to play the Seduction? I think
the Yoruba Shrine cancels the action before I have a chance to play
the Seduction, in the same window as DIs.

Thanks,
Ira

Name: Ferraille
[KMW:R]
Cardtype: Master
Clan: Follower of Set
Unique master.
Put this card in play. Once each turn, you may burn 1 pool to gain 3
votes during a referendum.

Name: Temptation
[AH:R2, FN:PS, KMW:PB, LotN:PS3]
Cardtype: Action
Cost: 1 blood
Discipline: Serpentis
[ser] (D) Put this card on a ready vampire; you still control this
card. During your master phase, you may put a counter on this card.
During your minion phase, if the number of counters on this card
equals or exceeds the amount of blood on this vampire, you may burn
the counters to untap this vampire and take control of him or her
until the end of the turn.
[SER] As above, and add a counter when you play this card.

Name: Jar the Soul
[DS:C2, FN:PG2]
Cardtype: Action
Discipline: Necromancy
+1 stealth action.
[nec] (D) Tap any ready minion.
[NEC] (D) As above, and that minion burns 1 blood.

Name: Seduction
[Jyhad:C, VTES:C, SW:PV, CE:C/PV2, BH:PTr2]
Cardtype: Action Modifier
Discipline: Dominate
Only usable when the acting vampire's action is announced.
[dom] Choose a younger vampire. He or she cannot block this acting
vampire.
[DOM] As above, but the affected vampire can be the same age or older.

Name: Yoruba Shrine
[LoB:R]
Cardtype: Master
Clan: Assamite
Cost: 1 pool
Master: unique location.
When a ready Assamite you control is the target of a (D) action or is
selected by the acting Methuselah in the terms of a referendum, you
may tap this location to untap the acting minion and make the action
or referendum fail. Only usable as the (D) action is announced or
before any votes are cast in the referendum. Not usable on a
referendum that is passing automatically.

Correct.

Correct.

No. The Shrine isn't used in the "as played" window; it's used in the "as
announced" window. That's why, for example, it has to untap the acting minion.
