Silly question maybe but i want an answer i can show my playgroup.

If someone rushes one of my vampires and i play obedience i stay untappe
ofcourse but..

If some other vampire blocks and plays obedience, that vampire is still
tapped, right?
I say yes, but my playgorup keep on stating the vampire playing obedience
stay untapped.

And if you wake, block and play obedience, you are not untapped, right?

Obedience

Only usable when this reacting vampire is about to enter combat with an
acting younger vampire.
[dom] Untap the acting vampire, DO NOT TAP THIS REACTING VAMPIRE(!),
and end the current action (and combat). The acting vampire cannot
attempt the same action this turn.
[DOM] As above, but do not untap the acting vampire.

Wake with Evening's Freshness
Type: Reaction
Do not replace until your next untap phase.
Only usable by a tapped vampire. This reacting vampire can play
reaction cards and attempt to block AS(!) though untapped until the
current action is concluded.

combine that 'as though untapped' with the 'do not tap' from obidience
and youll get your answer...

The blocking vampire who plays Obedience does not tap for the successful
block.

Obedience doesn't untap the vampire, no. It merely prevents him
from tapping (if he would tap).
