Laibon Magaji: Eze gets 1 additional vote. Once each turn, when Eze
successfully ferporms a non-hunt action, he untaps after resolving the
action.
Just to clarify... This ability is mandatory, and is used on the very
first successfully performed non-hunt action, right?
For example, after equipping with the Bowl of Convergence, I cannot play
The Guruhi are the Land to untap, saving Eze's untap ability for the next
action, right? (Or, more precisely, I can play The Guruhi are the Land,
but Eze's untap special will nevertheless be used up for the current turn,
and provide a redundant untap effect.)
Another example would be if I have Eze with a Protean skill card, in
torpor, tapped and not untapping (with a Rötschreck having been played on
him, for example), and play Movement of the Slow body (an action that
untaps him) - his special would likewise be exhausted, right?

Yes.

That is my story, be it bitter or be it sweet.
Keep a little and let a little come back to me.

Suppose Eze has a Rutor's Hand, which provides a mandatory, but
unconditional, untap.
How does Rutor's interact with Eze's special when his first action is
successful and not a hunt?
a) They both occur after that action, thereby "wasting" the Rutor's untap.
b) Eze's special takes precedence, and the Rutor's untap is used later (or
not at all, if Eze doesn't tap again).
c) Eze's controller can select which effect to use, since both are
mandatory.
d) Something else. (If so, what is the something else?)
TIA,
Pat
Rutor's Hand's untap is not conditional on some other event. It can
be "ordered" in the minion phase whenever you like (but must be used
before you leave the minion phase).

That's why he's THA MAN. (pun intended).
I haven't been so excited by any vampire since, well, a long time ago.
Who needs +bleed when your 11-cap can act twice almost every turn with
no cards? Of course, there's the stealth problem, but a handful of
cards can provide for it, from Creepshow Casino to High Aye; and since
you don't have to make a setup to turn him into an unliving Rutor's
Hand, you can freely build a setup that will also help other vampires,
like those two mentioned above. Rutor's Hand is "just" extra
multi-action nastiness.
