LSJ: house of sorrow + bleeding the wine

Need a clarification on this :
you control bleeding the wine tapped, and house of sorrow untapped :
can you tap HoS to untap BtW, to cancel a master card ?
Or it would be too late to do that ? (parallel with the tapping
of dreams of the sphinx to draw a direct intervention, and the likes).
