Yep this is true. My storyline winning deck was actually CEL pot flung
junk. Victor Tolliver, Rigby, etc.

See, the !Brujah have a really good weenie CEL crypt to use, and with
the Motivated by Gehenna giving them perma-rush, you can make a very
solid weenie CEL gun deck and not need to include rush cards. The !
Brujah are much better at that then the Brujah are, so !Brujah it is.
At the Ithaca storyline, we had two virtually identical Fishtari gun

Ah! You sir, are incorrect.
In addition to Midget the Malkavian Antitribu, there is another! Lord
Ephraim Wainwright (whose nickname is the "Imp") is another little
person (though I think he's technically a dwarf, IIRC). So 2 / 1273
(or 1288) means that little people are slightly *overrepresented*....

There are 43 advanced - Yazid Tamari and Menele have theirs too.
Also there are many european and african vampires. There are also at
least one asian vampire (Olivier Thrance), possibly more, i don't
remember others background. Dont be do so US centric.

Of all 1288 vampire cards, many are Non US. :)
And I counted 41 ADV, so there really are 1247.

There is the incidence of midgets in the US population is .00166 (about
1 in every 750 people??!?). And only 1 midget in 1273 cards...
Looks like we are due for another small kindred.

Yeah, I was surprised as well to see them in play. As for the Laibon
card advantage I am sure that is helping in some situations ,but
against alot of guns not so much.
