It tells me "You cannot vote repeatedly." when I've tried to vote
once :D

Well, Resist earth's grasp is hard to beat when it comes to celerity
cards IMO. Most of them are kinda combat focused which makes them
pretty weak to begin with. Resist has the benefit of being really good
outside combat and providing nice combat support for both combat and
non-combat decks.

I get the same problem!
The best card is obviously Psyche!, the only problem is that it's a
combat card - and by default that makes it not so good... :D
