been burned since your last turn. Move that minion from his owner's
ash heap to your ready region, put 1 blood or life from the blood bank
on the minion and tap the minion. You now control the minion.
NEC As above, but the minion is untapped.

Due to the new D action rules, does this mean that DP is now a D
action.

PS The abbreviation of this card's name is a horrendous pun....

No, it targets the ash heap.

but the ash heap isn't controlled. So I don't think it would be
affected? ie: the action is still undirected.

not sure how it's a 'pun', as such. unless you have two places you want
to put copies of this card...
