Still think it's a tad bit blood intensive for Josette.
2 blood to move someone to your torpor
2 blood to rescue
Next turn Khobar, then pushing blood via BD/Vessel?
I'd consider
- Giants Blood
- Jake Washington or 2
- maybe less LitC for these
Still not sure if Obf/Dom Followers with Graverobbing would be a
better option ...

Not so much a comment/change suggestion, more a question.
You sit down for a round in a tournament, and your prey is playing a
deck with a reasonable amount of Voter Captivation in it (and maybe the
odd Giant's Blood). Perhaps Arika/Queen Anne. Perhaps Ventrue Law Firm
- Sir Walter, Timothy and friends.
Your prey probably can't play it on every vote, but they can play it on
quite a few. When you hit Arika with Shattering Crescendo, you whittle
her down from, say, 10 blood to 4 over two turns (a couple of Freak
Drives too, maybe) - and then she plays Voter Captivation on a vote,
back up to 10 or 11 blood.
Is there a reasonable plan of action in this situation? (This is a
genuine question, and not a veiled criticism.)
A similar alternative might be a deck with vampire theft and Heidelberg
(e.g. Salubri Spirit Marionette, Mind Rape).

I can't understand why I'd do that with this deck that hasn't been
played, but if it had been played and tweaked after the results of
play, maybe.

If Arika is on 10 blood, you don't play Shattering Crescendo on her.
You wait for the Villein/Minion Tap and then hope to delay the vote.
If I had a reasonable expectation of playing this deck in blind
competition, the following cards would be removed:
Cavalier
Masquerade Endangered
XTC-Laced Blood
Confusion of the Eye
Ecstacy
They would be replaced with Giant't Blood and four copies of Delaying
Tactics.

With the deck as it was proposed? No.

The deck should be able to work even if Josette never takes her
action. If it doesn't work without that setup, then don't play the
deck in that metagame. The steal a vampire and sacrifice it is simply
to help prevent having to use other defense.

I'd drop 2x Ecstacy, the XTC Laced Blood, 1x Fame and Masquerade
Endangered for 5x Wider View or 3x Wider View 2x Dreams. It's going to
be tough to get the right crypt setup to pull off your trick, if you
even survive that long. I think I'd suggest more of a FOS Mummy and/or
Spell of Life deck to use Josette as a reliable side-kick, or maybe
fighty Ventrue, I dunno.

You already need a Setite for Khobar Towers, how about adding
Ferraille, some Free State Rants and VoterCaps.
Or since the main focus seems to be Josette and the Khobar Towers run
Temptation, Antithesis and Golconda
