Very nice job ;)
Wow! That is really well done! Good job!
If possible, I'd consider adding a scentence or two in the short
paragraph on disciplines (edit out a few words here and there to make
space :-) along the lines of:
"...such as Potence (allowing for feats of incredible strength),
Dominate (which gives the user the ability to control weak minds), and
Obfuscate (the ability to conceal or disguise one's self)."
Or something like that. Using the same sort of language just to get a
few common disciplines in to the description so people will know that
there are special names for powers and what kind of things they might
do, as a step into the (deep well of) specialized terminology.

Nice job.
Any chance of including a sentence about the Caitiff and Pander?
Something along the lines of:
"Some of the youngest fledgling vampires have blood too thin to bind
them to a clan. These are called Caitiff by the Camarilla, and Pander
by the Sabbat."
No need to go into the obscure rule about Caitiff not being a clan in
a document like this.
The Gangrel antitribu should be included within the Sabbat clans, since
they are no longer a twisted version of their Camarilla counterpart.

One thing I noticed was missing right away was any description of the
"Gothic Punk" mood the World of Darkness is supposed to convey. It's
less immediately apparent in the card game than the RPG, but very
important to the story.

Biggest problem is that it doesn't catch one's eye, it doesn't quickly
discuss the game and sell it in as few words as possible, and you
actually have to focus to read it. You can't just accidentally read it
jusy by being in its proximity.
Consider graphics, and some bold larger font words, shortening it.
Logos would be good also.
