Question about "Camera Phone"

Do I understand the card "Camera Phone" correct if:
I CANNOT bleed with a minion equiped with "Camera Phone" using a
"Computer Hacking" for +2 bleed
I CAN bleed with a minion equiped with "Camera Phone" and a retainer
(Tasha Morga for instance) or a vampire with inherit +1 bleed for +2
bleed?

To get a benefit from the Camera Phone, the action is "bleed with the
Camera Phone".
Playing an action card is a different action and the Camera Phone will
not support that other action.

Well, to be precise -
You *can* play a computer hacking with a minion with a Camera Phone, but the
Camera Phone won't do anything for that bleed, because it allows you to
"bleed for 2 as an action". Computer Hacking is a different action, so you
have to choose which one to take. If a minion has an inherent +1 bleed or a
+bleed retainer, you can undertake the "bleed for 2 with the camera phone"
as an action and any passive bleed modifiers will add up.
