Subject: [ DECK ] Pretty faces on the edge!
This is an experimental deck i built to test the new ravnos and Edged
Illusion. I will play it tonight so probably i'll post tomorrow some
more comments about it.
Anyway, the main idea is to play Edged Illusion on your preys vampires,
as an alternative way to burn is blood, initially not targeting his
pool. I hope the blood dolls will have a reversal way(from pool to
vampires) and the HG/Palatial or others won't be enough.
The deck lacks on combat cards. This is something i want to try, to
figure out if Occlusion and Mirror Image in this quantities can make it
by their own. This deck have terrible problems against rush decks with
IG and Psyche, i know...

The Gangrel vampires are there only for Ecoterrorists, since both Mata
Hari and Tatiana allow me to put it into play (and so the Zoo HG). So
i'm not pretending controlling them in normal circunstances.

Since chimestry actions consume lots of blood, i'm hoping that HG's,
Svadharma, Path of Paradox and Fatuus Mastery can handle it. Maybe
Ravnos Cache, Palatial Estate or Warzone HG could be also interesting
add-ons for blood gaining.

I have plenty of reaction cards (including Draba) but i'm not sure
about it... I want to try also Pseudo-Blindness to check if it's
playable. Maybe Phased Motion Detector could be a permanent option also
replacing PB but then i could have too many actions to perform.

So, here's the first version of the deck:

Okay, I was playing a similar deck lately. Almost same crypt (except
instead of the Gangrel, I used 3× Paul Forr...err...se Prophet). The
purpose and library was different, though in some aspects similar to
  allow some feedback.

You totally need Swallowed by the Night. I was using those three cards
as the bulk of my combat defence, and added some Weighted Walking
Sticks (for my weeny Tumnimoses) and Skin of Steels (for IG). Also,
don't neglect Elemental Stoicism. You can only play it at the second
inferior, but treating aggravated damage as normal for the rest of the
combat is better than S:CE in many cases.

Eco costs 2 pool and nets you one pool a turn. If you don't plan to
influence out those Gangrel, and use Blood Dolls, you're better off
  with Warzone Hunting Ground.

I decided against trying Svadharma simply because Week of Nightmares
is so much much a must. It reads, "oust two preys and then be ousted
unless the game is already over".

Since your combat is mediocre, you generally want to Draba when somebody
else is trying to block. Not bad, but you might consider something else
(though I must say, Draba is that good; you might want to use it even
if you yourself do not plan on blocking. It works wonders cross-table).

Your deck seems to be quite different from mine, betting mostly on
swarm with Tuminos and bleed with Week of Nightmares.
I tryied the deck i posted and it was really interesting. Most of my
problems were with the first actions spending mush blood on the (only)
2 vampires i controlled in both games: Mata Hari and Alexis. So, first
deck tunning: decrease card costs and gain more blood. Svadharma was
great but the deck needs a Giants Blood also!
Ecoterrorists were somehow useful but i dislike not having a younger
third Ravnos to control to fasten the game. Second deck tunning: remove
the 3 Gangrel and replace by a younger Ravnos.
The CHI action modifiers with S:CE and Dodge were just fine in a
grapple free environment. Anyway i'll add some Skin of Steel just in
case...
Lost in Crowds is the most important support for the Edged Ill since it
doesn't have a cost and provide a boost of 2 stealth.
Most of the reaction cards weren't useful at all, maybe Draba was the
best. Forced Awakening was a mistake forcing me also to burn blood each
time i failed blocking...
Another guy played Dr. Marisa Fletcher.... what a great card to add
in!!
So, here's the new version to test:

Deck name: Pretty faces on the edge! v2

Crypt: 12
3 Alexis Sorokin,       8, for CHI OBF PRO CEL, Ravnos:4
3 Mata Hari,            7, for CHI OBF qui aus, Ravnos:4
3 Tatiana Stepanova,    7, for CHI obf ani PRE, Ravnos:4
3 Callirus,       5, FOR CHI ani,     Ravnos:4

Library: 90

Masters: 15
4 Blood Doll
4 Svadharma
1 Giants Blood
1 Dreams of the Sphinx
2 Path of Paradox
1 Park HG
1 Zoo HG
1 Fortune Teller Shop

Events: 2
1 Dr. Marisa Fletcher, CDC
1 Restricted Vitae

Actions: 22
12 Edged Illusion
4 Sensory Deprivation
3 Fatuus Mastery
2 Reality
1 Mr. Winthrop

Action Modifiers: 30
8 Lost in Crowds
8 Occlusion
7 Mirror Image
7 Fata Morgana

Combat:
5 Skin of Steel

Reaction: 21
7 WWEF
5 Draba
4 Foul Blood (for Mata Hari...)

Yeah, in theory. ;) I played it on a silence of death tournament last
week, and during the 3 games I could only create one Tumnimos (and
she was immediately killed due to Dr. Marisa Fletcher in play). So
my deck was basically just the crypt, stealth, some Hacks and a little
Sens Dep. I realized that Week + Paul Forrest means I can bleed for
3 with each bleed action, which with a Hack or two thrown in means a
whole lot of difference (especially since it takes 1 turn to go into
oust mode; influence out Paul, drop Week and I'm ready to go).

Were you often marked and attacked through the Red List disadvantage?

None. In both of games, my predator had combat decks (Tremere combat
w/RH and Nosferatu mid-cap Ani).
I believe they don't even bother to use it because most of the times
they have their normal Rush cards which are cheaper to enter combat
than the Red List mechanism. One other thing is that their combat decks
don't have a single Trophy, which means there is not a clear advantadge
in marking a Red List minion besides corner case situations of Hand
Jams with combat cards. My deck has also fortitude which means it shows
some resistance to other combat decks.
More feedback on this next week!
