Here's the tournament report by the winning player (as reported in
german VtES fourm (http://forum.vekn.de/viewtopic.php?
f=49&t=5358&p=53560)
--------------------
This was the seating of the final table, which I entered second place:

1) Ralf W -- Maureen & Friends with Herald of Toteph
2) me -- Weenie Dom/Obf with Allies & Flash Grenades
3) Raphaela B -- Followers of Set Stealth Bleed & Enticement
4) Julian S -- Followers of Set & Giovanni Bleed & Toolbox
5) Cassian H -- !Malkavian Potence Bruise & Bleed

The seating suited my deck very well. Both Setite decks showed no
signs of bounce during the qualifying tables, and I was not too afraid
of Ralf's Heralds due to my allies. I had Dimple, Basil, Count Ormonde
and Didi Meyers in my starting crypt and a Procurer on my hand, and
drew into Carlton van Wyk the following round. There was no intercept
to my left or right, therefore my actions with at least +1 stealth
passed "automatically", especially my recruit actions.

Once Raphaela got here first vampire out, of course the notorious
Nakhthorheb, she bled and enticed her prey right away. Julian's deck
had no means of resistance, so he, too, tried to do his best in
bleeding Cassian. Cassian looked very unhappy, because his Prey Ralf
had got a dreadful Herald out, who was only waiting to wreak havoc
upon anybody attracting his attention. But he even abstained from
rushing Julian's vampires, because he did not want to make things
easier for Raphaela. Ralf tried a Govern bleed once early in the game,
and was bounced by a Deflection to Raphaela, who talked him into not
bleeding any further. So Ralf's only hopes based on rushing my
vampires with his Herald (no second showed up, to my relief), who was
blocked regularly by a
Procurer concealing a Flash Grenade.

As time went by, I controlled five vampires, three allies (with zero
bleed), and not to forget three Storage Annexes. Raphaela had
successfully entranced my Carlton van Wyk the previous round, and was
down on six pool - Julian was still in the game, but only on two pool.
Unfortunately, I had only one Conditioning in my hand and not enough
stealth to get all my vampires past Carlton. So Raphaela survived and
then easily got the first VP of the final table.
Now Cassian and Ralf were taking up a discussion that Ralf had begun:
Should the two combat decks combine their powers to cut me off my
bleed resources, or not. (The second or third instance of this
discussion resulted in my freshly recruited Ossian dying due to a
crosstable assault...) After a fruitless discussion each of them
decided to pursue his goals on his own.

I could bring out a sixth vampire and new procurers (to replace the
slaughtered ones) and even Gregory Winter, an ally with 1 bleed!
Raphaela played a second Entrancement ... Still, she had only
Nakhthorheb out, and found no more bleed cards or Enticements in her
library. Cassion missed his rushes, Ralf had lost his Herald in a
combat with Cassian, and there was only one way left for him ousting
me: bleed ... which was, of course, met by a "well-storaged"
Deflection.

Finally, I managed to oust Raphaela. Then, to my surprise, Cassian and
Ralf congratulated me for winning! They both saw no way of getting
past my "wall" of allies with Flash Grenades and both assumed to be
stealth-bled away sooner or later. Lucky me!

Storage Annex, Procurer, Flash Grenade and Concealed Weapon, combined
with weenie Obfuscate-Dominate-vampires, a nice and rather harmless
looking way of bringing despair to your opponents.
