[LSJ] KOT Rulebook errata?

One of the new rules in KOT is (quoted from WW)
"Inner Circle titles. The title of Inner Circle is unique per clan and
can only be held by a member of the clan (like Justicar titles)."
But in the KOT rulebook, on page 48, section 10.1"Camarilla" states
(Last phrase last paragraph):

"The titles of primogen and Inner Circle member are not unique and
cannot be contested"

I guess this is a clear errata. Any official confirmation?

The printed rulebook found in the starters is the same, except for
the cover, as the one found in Lords of the Night starters. The
updated rulebook is online at
http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/rulebook/.

i.e. the printed rulebook is out of date.
