Card text read like a must, but I want to be sure.

Werewolf with 3 life. 2 strength, 0 bleed. Renegade Garou gets one
additional strike each round and one optional maneuver each combat. He
may enter combat with any minion controlled by another Methuselah as a
+1 stealth (D) action. If Renegade Garou has less than 3 life during
your untap phase, he gains 1 life from the blood bank.
