This version:
- Fixes issues with the Blood Brother and Ahrimane filters
- Adds an option to enable/disable the use of Internet Explorers
proxy settings for image download
- Adds a file menu to make it easier to update from a local copy of
the vtescsv.zip file.
- Auto selects which card image sets are not downloaded on the
Notes:
If you have an "Anarch Revolt Deck Builder" directory in your user
directory you will need to delete it to make sure the correct
ardb.ini
file and cardimages are used.
You can disable the automatic card database check using Preferences
option on the File menu.
The way in which ardb handles card images has been changed. To use
card images you will need to either:
1. Download the new card zip files using the
File | Download Images option and select the
card sets to download
or
2. Copy over previous copies of the downloaded card image
zip files to this versions cardimages folder.
3. Create the image zip files yourself from local card
images. Ardb expects to find a directory called cardimages
in the directory it is installed in. Inside this
directory it expects to find a zip file for each set.
The name of the zip files are <set abbreviation>.zip i.e
Heirs to the Blood images are found in the file
httb.zip. If you have the old cardimages directory just
zip up each of the card set sub directories (without paths)
and save them under the cardimages directory.

Is the file out for HttB cards yet?
/ Stefan
Yes.
This version includes HttB.
Graham.
I use a Netbook, unfortunatley the Library card filter screen does not
function in 1024x600 resoultion. Is it possible to add a scrollbar to
the screen, or perhaps just alter the items position so that it
displayes more horizontally than vertically.
You are the second person to report this.
I will try and re arrange the filter screen so that it uses less
space. I may move some of the filter options to a second tab like the
crypt filter.
Graham.
Is this a problem with just the Library filter screen or do you also
get it on the Crypt filter screen?
Graham.
I loose the bottom of crypt filter screen, however it is still usable,
the Library filter screen is unusable. A change for the crypt would
be great as well.
Thanks,
Thomas
Thanks!
Sorry for the dumb question, but how do I make ARDB save the decklist
masters-first these days?
John Eno
Rename deck2text_mf.xsl to deck2text.xsl in the xsl folder. I really
should make this the default and add a option for switching these in
the Preferences dialog.
Graham.
It's going to take a little work sorting this out but I will see what
I can do before the next release (not sure when this will be though).
Graham.
thanks, I appreciate it.
Thanks.

Well, I'd appreciate it. :)

Thanks Graham.
A wish for a feature i miss would be the possibility to save crypt
filters.
Like having a complex filter for a crypt saved would allow for
checking a new set for any relevant crypt additions in a pinch.
Dunno how big an effort that would be to implement though ...
Kudos for all the past work.
Cheers
Alf
I will add it to the list.
Graham.
Hi Stefan,
I just spent an hour trying to get it to work. And I don't even know
javascript. It's something I should probably look in to.
Open 9_proxies.html in a text editor. Remove the bit:
"file://" +
from inside the loadimage function. and put a space in front of the =.
The line should now look like this:
document.images[theProxy].src = theFile;
Save it, and go make a directory somewhere. I'd call it proxyTemp or
something. Move 9_proxies.html in there.
Then go into the ardb img zip files and copy-paste out any images you
want to use, and put them in proxyTemp. Go to damnan's site here:
http://www.almadrava.net/damnans/downloads.htm
and download the library back file into proxyTemp, and call that
library back image file:
libraryback_tn.jpg
Now you're good to go!
Open 9_proxies.html from inside proxyTemp in a web browser, use the
9_proxy page's browse box to select files (from inside proxyTemp
directory only) and click on spots on the proxy grid to place them,
just like in the old days.
Easy! (?!?)

Great! Thank you. Now I just need to find a copy of the 9 proxies-
file. Probably on my old hard drive. Hmm..
/ Stefan
it comes bundled with the new installs of ARDB (at least the linux
ones). You might have it from when you got the new version?
