This is an idea that I sort of came up with last night after seeing
someone elses deck. I'm not sure if it should be an action, a master
or an ally... but it works something like this.

Creative Accounting
+1 stealth action
(Discipline??)(Clan??)
Equip with an item of equipment from your hand. The cost of this
equipment, if any, must be paid from Investments you control.

Tax Accountant
Master (1 pool? 2pool?) or Ally (1 life, 0 Str, 1 bleed, 2 pool)
When a minion you control successfully equips with a piece of
equipment, you may (tap this minion and) pay the pool cost of that
equipment from any Investment or Investments you control.

It was inspired by the Alan Sovereign card text. Thoughts? Likes?
Dislikes?

Another thought...

Capital Investment
X pool
Master. Investment.
Put 2X+1 counters on this card from the blood bank. You may use these
counters to pay for part or all of the cost of an equipment a minion
equips from your hand. A Methuselah may only control one Capital
Investment.

How about this...

Put this card into play. Remove all counters from all investment

Hah! Dude, Investments are *already* crap for their cost!

Whilst we're being all political...

Governmental Bail Out
Cardtype: Transient Event
All Investments burn one counter. All Mortal Allies must tap or burn
one life.If Alan Sovereign is in play, he gains enough life to reach
capacity.

The fact this card hoses the Imbued, given my virulent, unending
hatred is *entirely* coincidental, I promise. Would I lie to you?
Yadda yadda, disclaimer about tongue in cheek, blah blah. :)

Historically, there seems to be some indication that cards that require
you to have another card in hand at the same time aren't as good as you
might think. Typically, you have to stuff your deck with quite a few
copies, which causes some longer-term issues for deck management. Jack
of Both Sides is one example here, as is Biothaumaturgic Experiment.
Concealed Weapon works slightly differently, but even there players have
some trouble exploiting it well.

Also, this still requires you to take an action to get the equipment,
which is often viewed as a problem.

This set me thinking, though. How about something like...

Tax Deductible Losses
Unique Master
Put this card in play, or play this card to your ash heap to put a
counter on a Tax Deductible Losses you control. Whenever a minion
you control successfully equips and you pay the entire cost with your
pool, move half the pool cost of that card (round down) to this card.
During your untap phase, move a counter from this card to your pool.

Again, with the master, there's the slight issue of what you do when you
draw another later in the game. This is a downer for many potentially
good cards - I want to draw it early, but it's a real annoyance drawing
it when you already have it in play. Many (most?) of the best master
cards aren't dead weight when you draw them a second time e.g. Blood
Doll, Vessel, Dreams of the Sphinx, Direct Intervention.

On a more serious VTES note: This is where I'd like to see Burn Option
used more often, rather than just on cards based on Clan/Sect/
Discipline. If certain Disciplineless/Niche requirement cards could be
easily cycled once they've served their usefulness "Hey, I've got my .
44's out, and I'm still drawing Concealeds, woot!" they'd probably be
significantly more useful, without increasing the power of their
effect or adding minor abilities on top.

Just a thought which I'm sure has come up before. :)

I would like to see some other form of Investments :) like these:

Wings
Action. Infernal Investment
+2 stealth action. Requires an infernal minion
Put this card on the acting minion. The minion with this card has
flight and an optional maneuver each combat

Two-Dimensional
1 Blood
Action. Infernal Investment
+2 stealth action. Requires an infernal minion.
Put this card on the acting minion. Vampires without Auspex get -1
intercept against this minion. This Vampire may burn 1 blood to get +1
stealth during an action.

Body Armor
Action. Infernal Investment
+2 stealth action. Requires an infernal minion
Put this card on the acting minion. The minion with this card can
prevent 1 damage each combat.

Teleportation
2 Blood
Action. Infernal Investment
+2 stealth action. Requires an infernal minion
Put this card on the acting minion. Once each turn this minion may End
Combat as a strike.

Version 2... (Vast Wealth meets "Alan Sovereign")
Creative Accounting
+2 stealth action
Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a non-
unique piece of equipment. You may pay for this equipment using
counters from an Investment you control.

For the "narky political/joke card collection...
Lehmann Brothers
Unique Master
When any Methuselah burns an Investment, place a counter on this
card. You may burn counters from this card instead of burning pool
when you are being bled. If you burn the last counter on this card,
burn 3 pool, this card and burn 1 counter from every Investment
controlled by any Methuselah.
