Will there be any rule changes for 2010? I need to build decks
accordingly.

The V:EKN tournament rules become effective on January 1, 2010.

* 7.2.6 Late arrivals to a draft can be added, but will construct
decks by the sealed deck rules.

i'm confused. what is so devastating about the rules change ? it
obviously has no impackt on constructed or casual play. also it seems
to be optional not mandatory. so in my oppinion it would be up to the
tournament organiser to decided wether to applie the rule or not.

now i do have large gaps in my following of this newsgroup. if the
post is jsut sarcasm or a running gag i don't get pls let me know :)

pheww ... due to lack of playgroup i have been "forced" to play a lot
more m:tg than vtes at the moment. sadly that comment could have been
a serious one to such a rules change in the magic comunity. hence i
was a bit scared that such things had reached vtes. im glad they
apparently haven't.
