I've seen this deck before, and I'm always confused at the lack of
blood gain. Sure, it has the Rack, but it also has 0 intercept, so
there's no way to protect it. Even assuming you can out-weenie the
table and can always take an action to get the Rack back, it should
always be gone by your untap phase, so you should never gain blood
from it. Giant's Blood, of course, but that's a one-off, assuming you
are the one to draw it first.

I know it has Alamut, but it still seems like Amaravati will need to
burn 2 blood on almost every PA that you call. Which means, you get 4
votes to pass, and then once in a while can pass one when Alamut fills
sufficiently... I know this deck has won several tournaments, but I
don't understand how it gets enough blood... My version uses Presence
masters, along with Deviki Prasanta (and an Agent of Power, just
because it can be used for other disciplines as necessary, and Deviki
can fetch it from the ash heap every turn), and Voter Caps to fill up
(mostly for the blood gain, so having inferior pre is usually good
enough).

But how does it work without VC?

That's the most I've ever seen in a deck.

You use the Vessels to move blood to your minions as oppossed to off of your
minions. Con Boons and HL: Leadership are plenty poolgain to stay alive.

Also having loads of weenies easily allow you to take a few hunt actions
each turn which are not very unlikely to get blocked.
