If not for ARRP this release would probably never see the light of day.

Changes made:
- Bashing without a shield will no longer crash BOSS.
- Saving will prompt you when you might overwrite another game with
same character name.
- Loading game is no longer done through command line.
Claudio contributed a quick key reference for printing. It is available
as optional download. Thank you Claudio!
