Stone Soup 0.1.6 is another minor bugfix release, primarily aimed at
making Crawl play better with dgamelaunch. Extra-special thanks go to

Changes:
* Fixes to make Crawl and dgamelaunch be friends.
* Fixed Pandemonium demonlords (Cerebov, and the other weirdly named
gentlemen) getting generic demonic runes instead of their special
runes.
* Fixed cursor flickering distractingly on Windows and Unix.
