7DRL Attempt: Panicc

Hello everyone!

I started to make 7DRL-game named 'Panicc' in C++. The game will not
be like ordinary roguelikes; it's paced on my non-rogueish idea that
I'm just putting into roguelike form (some random generation and ascii-
graphics).

Panicc is planned to be a very simple game offering something like
'coffeebreak fun'. I just don't know am I going to have enough time to
finish this in week, because high school often takes all my time.
