Main changes :
* Another fov algorithm : Mingos' restrictive shadowcasting. Fast and
good looking.
* independant alpha value for foreground and background when blitting
offscreen console. Makes dialog boxes with opaque text and semi-
transparent background a piece of cake.
* custom SDL renderer callback : use any SDL drawing function to draw
on top of the root console before it's sent to the screen.
