Flash Gordon will start a new game but none of the coils work at all.
No flippers, no ball server into the shooter lane, no pop bumpers, no
sling shots, nothing. Any ideas?

Did you check the underplayfield fuse? Could be caused by a bad diode
on a coil or a short under the playfield.

I would suggest starting at the beginning with the test points on your
-54 power supply. Make sure all your test points are in range and
then move on to the Solenoid driver board. Somewhere you are not
getting the right voltage or signal to drive the coils. As a quick
check, you might want to check the J4 connector on the solenoid driver
board. If that connector is unplugged, you will see this exact set of
symptoms. Don't forget your playfield fuse, too.

Might be bad, but he'd still have flippers in that case (unless his
flipper relay is also bad....). More likely is a break in the
connection back to the rectifier board - either on the board itself for
the playfield connector, or the power chain.
