Hammer and straight screw driver or -

Start off with small drill bit and keep going up in size until the
lock falls off back...

Try all your keys, wiggle them - if you get in once you can change the lock.
Or pick it, or drill it. LTG :)

Just drill out the lock, and order a brand new lock/key for like $3 or
$4.
