Not a bash at all here. Really. Just a warning.

Thes protectors are THIN. they need to be. Inherent to being thin, some
edges are RAZOR sharp. Be careful when installing!!!

I got a cut last week that in all honesty should probably have gotten
stitches, as well as a bent to hell LOTR protector now, and I am still
not really sure what the hell hapened.

Be careful out there!

Chris

Lots of sharp edges on cars. I just quit my job because of that one
reason. You just saved my life man!

Anyone want to hire a slightly retarded hemophiliac?

Will work for band-aids!

Don't cry to me. My post was a ligitimate warning about the subject
line. These protectors are sometimes very sharp on the edges. it was
worth noting :)

The face that you read the rest of the tread, well my friend, that is
all on you, LOL

I was taking a wiz outdoors the other day and out of nowhere a rouge
gust of wind came upon me head on卌overed my clothes and shoes in
pee協olks just beware of this possibility when making the dumb decision
to pee in your backyard. There was no indication of any wind in my area.
I mean really the local meteorologist surely could have warned the
public of this possibility and I may have opted to head indoors to use
the restroom. How can I warn the masses?

Computer cases always get me - the edges are sharp there too. Actual
pinballs though, those are safe to handle and I don't think I've ever
been cut by one. :)

head.. When he grabbed it from me, he poked me in the eye.. As I was
laying there... vulnerable... my 13 year old son gave me a wedgie...
Danger is at every corner..

Attorney; so, you knew your product could cause cuts requiring stitches yet you did not package it with Cautions, Warnings and general instructions? Do your advertising methods have Cautions, Warnings and installation instructions?

I sat on a product defect Jury for Weatherhead brand compression fittings. These attorneys are scumbags. Word of advice to Cliffy, do not reply to acknowledge this thread. You know nothing about injuries related to razor sharp edges.

To everyone else, hopefully you learned about sharp edges on thin steel etc. from a grownup when you were young.

I couldn't agree more, common sense is quickly leaving our society. For
instance, once as a child I slipped and fell while running in a pool
area, and cut my leg pretty badly. Today it would have been a lawsuit,
but in my day, my dad said I got what I deserved for being stupid and
smacked me.

Also, when reading the instructions for a wart remover it said, 'not for
use on genital warts'...now, if you use an over the counter wart remover
on your genitals, I say you get what you deserve... :)

WARNING: DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL CLIFFY PROTECTOR IF THE PROTECTOR IS
SMARTER THAN YOU ARE.

Will now be mandatory on each protector. Also, will include a double
sided razor blade so you can see what a really bad cut can really be like.

Please note that while sewing, the business end of the needle can be very sharp! Do not direct it toward your eye. To be honest, don't direct the other end toward your eye either.

Just trying to help you seamstresses out.

How about this for a week at work, someone is trying to tell me something.
Monday i got zapped pretty good from a junction box.
Tuesday about a 16" piece of 4x4 fell off a ladder and clonked me on the noggin.

On the other end of sharp. Today one of my workers left a 5lb. hand sledge on top of an 8' ladder. Yea you guessed it, i moved the very same ladder without looking 1st and got stooged. Yes it did leave a mark & i'm thinking a concussion, my head is still pounding. I'm afraid to go to work tomorrow)

I hired an idiot like that, he was supposed to be footing the ladder
but decided he needed to watch the squirrel running up a log on the
other side of the street and the ladder spun and dumped me 12 feet.
I fired him before I hit the ground.
You need to do the same thing with that idiot before he kills you.

Out here by me during the winter time, all the kids strap a few
Cliffy's under their boots and take it to the frozen lake for a few
good rounds of hockey. Word of advice, make sure there is at least 3
inches of ice before doing so.
