Both fun games.   I lean towards Batman Forever as I think it has more
staying power and Sega clearly put some money into the game -- you
have to make sure the display is working well since they are expensive
to replace.   I've sometimes heard it referenced as a poor man's
STTNG.    I have STTNG and there are a few similarities such as being
a widebody game and having a canon to fire the ball.    It also has
drop targets, multiple ramps (although you have to upgrade the flipper
coil to stronger one if it hasn't already been to get it up one of the
ramps) and while the movie was probably the worst or 2nd worst batman
movie ever, it had major stars (that are still well known) and the
batman theme holds up well overall.   Fastbreak is deceptively fun
though.   I don't own one but have played it several times and I had
fun with it.   I feel I would more likely tire of Fastbreak over time
as part of a collection --- especially if it was small, but I'm sure
opinions vary as always.   Other than the risk of having to replace an
expensive display, I can highly recommend Batman Forever as a very
good game at an attractive price point.
