Difficult? Not too bad, if you can find a display with no nipple, or a
display with the nipple in the same location as factory.
If the nipple is in a different location, then you get to drill a new
hole in the board, and re-route any traces you cut with jumper wires.
It's almost a guarantee that as soon as you do a beautiful job replacing
the display, another one will fail.
