Some protection is better than none & I was starting to see wear/dents
on the sides - my preference would have been Cliffies due to the thinness of his Protectors but it didn't work out. I needed to open up the Plunger hole (it rubbed slightly & didn't fully retract which made the Opto think there was a ball in it) & added 2 thick washers under the 2 sheet metal screws to keep it level & now it kicks out exactly the same as before. I have noticed that the Ball Skips across the Arcade slot occasionally now which I NEVER saw before it was installed but the hole won't get beat-up anymore. Pin - K
