WTB: Space Shuttle Plastics

Repairing a game for a friend. I need the plastic that covers the
right ball lock, and the ones on the ramp that say "Change Shuttle
Value" and "Advance Spinner +20000 and Open Airlock".
They aren't in bad shape but some goober glued them down instead of
using screws. Thank goodness he didn't lose the screws for the rest of
the plastics...
