Hands down the best 'trade for a pinball post' I have seen!

In case it gets flagged:
Proper, packaged insulin, well within expiration date. Long term and
short term vials.
Hard thing, but I need to sell some of my insulin to pay for other
medical needs; robbing Peter to pay Paul.
May seem contrary, but I may also trade for video arcade and
electronic pinball parts/machines, as I can restore/fix them, and try
to sell them for the same purpose.

It could also be the worst trade for a pinball post though too. I am
not sure this guy has his priorities straight.
