Pinball Inc has teamed up with the Australian company, Pinball Spare
Parts, to get the parts into pinball community and we have formulated
a plan that will benefit everyone.
We are now ready to launch what I feel is the most exciting part of
the plan, the phase to which we have spent the last month getting
ready for...a two month open house parts sale at the IPB facility!
Beginning this Wednesday, July 15, for the next two months the doors
of the world’s largest inventory of Bally/Williams/Capcom parts at 12
Georgianna Lane in Bloomington, IL will be open to everyone. This
will be like no other parts sale in the history of Pinball. All parts
will be discounted!! We’re talking discounts of no less than 20% and
as much as 70%!
We will be open every Wednesday thru Saturday from 10am-6pm. For more
information you can contact us at pinba...@bellsouth.net or call us
at 309-827-6345.

This will be the deal of a life time, for anyone that goes. I have
been, so take it from me and make a list of the parts with part
numbers, as everything is by part number, and it will make it easier
and faster if you have the part number. It is exciting when something
like this comes along, and you can get parts that you wanted. and
could not get before, and at a great discount.
I what to thank James for his assistance in helping me with my parts.
OMFG!
:)
This is Huge!
Excellent news, and possibly enough to revive my seasonal summer lack
of interest in pinball. Gotta get them parts!

Everything is on sale, what has been on the website and hundreds more
that never made it to the IPB website and rare collectable stuff as
well. It's a "wall to wall" sale. We'll even have weekly specials
like this week we plan to have new wide body glass for $6 a sheet and
we'll have the "bargain bazaar" section where there will be hundreds
of items under $10. Basically we've set it up as a weekly pinball
parts show that will last two months. The sooner the old inventory is
gone the sooner Pinball Inc. can get focused on making hundreds of new
parts.
Cheers,
James Loflin
Pinball Inc.
James,
Is all the Alvin G stuff still going to be there, or is it all gone
now? I got to go through a lot of it at the sale in April and I bought
some good stuff, but I'd love a chance to search some more and add to
my Alvin G stockpile. Thanks.
Matt
I thought Gene Gene's *moving* sale two months ago was the deal of a
lifetime.
Will this be better with what's left from that sale? I admit, this
will be a longer sale.
Hey Matt,
There is still a few Alvin G parts here, some PC's, coils, displays
and other stuff.
-James
IPB retained most of the playfields, backglasses and cabinet art.
That is the core business they are going to be concentrating on in the
future. You might contact Kim at k...@illinoispinball.com and see if
they have them in stock.
-James
The IPB sale did not include Capcom parts and it did not have the
accross the board discounts that we will be offering.
Oh boy... what's that I hear? A major rumbling from the southern
hemisphere! I'm sure the wonder from down under is THRILLED to hear that.
Cheers!
Alright, who is willing to look for Taxi Spinout and Arrival ramps for
me? Maybe a NOS interconnect board for Taxi as well? I'd would pay a
prenegotiated finder's fee, of course. I was born in Illinois. Why did
I move away? Enjoy the opportunity.

Honestly from what I heard that one didn't sound too organized and not
sales either. This sounds much better thanks to James
involvement.....however, all the REALLY good stuff was already shipped
out overseas.
Still this sounds awesome as well! I might even go out on a Saturday!

James,
Can you give us a hint of any of the parts you plan to manufacture?
Nick
Man I wish I lived in IL!
Hugh
Please all get down there and support this sale, Anything that gets
parts out of that location will be the best thing.
Now there's a strong endorsement.
Hi Eric,
Hope you can make it Saturday, it would be great to see you again. I
can assure you that REALLY good stuff is still here. This is NOT a
leftover sale,we planned for this from the beginning, we made sure
there was always a balance of what got shipped overseas and what
remained for the US market.
There are over 1 million parts that we plan to move in the next 2
months. Our plan is allow the pinball community the opportunity to
get these parts direct and we also will continue to work with US
distributors and dealers like Marco, Little Shop of Games and Pinball
Life to get much of the stock on their shelves. What remains after
the this 2 month period will then be turned over to Pinball Spare
Parts for worldwide distribution. The goal is to get the NOS parts
out and get the NEW parts manufactured.
See you soon,
James Loflin
Pinball Inc.
Hi Hugh,
If it's any consolation we live in Georgia and so far we've made the
1400 mile round trip track to Illinois 11 times in the last 8 months.
-James
Hey James !
'
Great news. I'd like to support this also but I live on the West
coast. Can we order and ship parts?
What is the status of Police Force center ramp? Last I heard it was
still in progress - that was months ago...
Thanks James !
Couple of questions, will we be able to dig through stuff or do we
need to know part numbers or exactly what it is we're looking for?
And, will there truly be deals? I heard way too much grumbling from
friends who went to Gene's last garage sale. I mean really, $125 for
coin doors!!! From what I heard, it was a total waste of time.
Me and a handful of friends are thinking about making the 8 hour drive
but don't want to do it for nothing.

I do! I do! Yea for me!
I live about an hour away! Yippe Skippy!
Hi Bryan,
Hope to see you, yes there WILL be deals on EVERYTHING! We'll have
new coin doors as low as $35.
Cheers,
James
Having parts numbers will be a huge help, without them it can take
quite a while to hunt down the needed parts. Depending on the crowd
we hope to allow direct access to the parts.

James, i would love to buy some coin doors at 35.00 a piece, since i
am on the west coast, is it possible to buy stuff for the sale prices
and have it shipped? I have been looking for a congo main ramp
forever, do you have these also? Thanks Mike Paris
Any PinballInc ramps there or just the NOS IPB stuff ?
Jack James
The hours are Wednesday-Saturday 10am-6pm every week for the next 2
months. I personally will be back and forth between Illinois and
Atlanta as I still need to keep the manufacturing business going. I
am trying to schedule where I am in Illinois as much as possible on
the Wed-Sat times. This week I will be here the entire time.
Thanks,
James
We hope to be setup to ship orders within the next few weeks.
-James
We do have a few Pinball Inc ramps here.
Hey James, any hints as to upcoming Pinball Inc ramps?
Spencer
We are almost done with Diner, High Speed and Police Force.
-James
What about shipping to your friendly neigbours to the North :)
James,
Will any of the savings be available online, to those not near the
Chicago area?
Thanks,
Rob
With the thousands of different parts involved it will be impossible
to setup a website in just 2 months. We are working on a posting type
system that may allow a portion to be available to those who cannot
make it but deals in person will always be a lot more fun.

See you Wednesday. ;)

Have a home video that's trapped on your camera? Want to share it on the
web or on DVD?
I'd be veeeeeeeeeeeeery happy if they had a Jackbot mini playfield and
I'd pay someone a nice finder's fee for getting me one. If not that,
I'd probably settle for a Pinbot mini playfield.
I think you owe me a beer or two anyway. :-)

So is this primarily '80s and '90s parts, or were there old EM parts
in the warehouses that might be available?

Thanks for the posting and the opportunity!
I'd love to attend and drop some cash.
"What's the closest major airport to Bloomington, IL?" asks a

MDW, or ORD. I guess you could also use STL in a pinch. All of them have
a considerable drive after the flight.
Peoria (PIA) which is only about a 50 mile drive to Gene-Gene's place
has American, Delta, Northwest, Alligent, United regional connection
service from several major cities. MSP to PIA is under $250.
The ramp for Space Shuttle needs to be reproduced as well.
Hugh
If you decide to go, I could use some PB2K glass here in Northern NJ!

He said *major* airport. I don't qualify any airport with less than thirty
inbound flights PER DAY as a major anything. Hell, less than twenty
inbound (like Peoria) doesn't even qualify as a sh*thole; it's 1/2 a
shithole *at best*, kind of like Gary's airport.
Just located a NOS Jackbot mini playfield (A-20082) while we were
organizing one of the shelf units. Will you be attending this week or
do you know someone that is attending?
Cheers,
James
If anyone runs across any of the molded buildings for Fire! I'd *really* like
a set, and would pay a reasonable finder's fee to any kind soul who could help
me out. This particular game is destined to reside in a family member's home
(he's a firefighter), so I'd really like to get it into as nice shape as
possible. Part numbers are A-11827-1 through A-11827-5.
Thanks,

Tell me...it's a 3 hour drive from STL. I'm debating if I want to drive
this Saturday. All I really need is a few parts for my DE Time Machine...
Of course, the elusive pf plastic I need for HS would be nice too (the
one to the right of the ramp entrance - behind the upper targets).
Mitch :)

Looking for DE Time Machine slings, project or decent Gottlieb Car Hop
pinball.
Any chance there are any Transporter the Rescue Ramps, plastic,PF's or
decals
Part #
D-12772 left ramp assembly
D-12781 right ramp assembly
D-12766 crossover ramp assembly (this is the main one I could use)
31-1006-20008 might be the plastics set
31-1463-2008 shoud be the target decals.
These next 3 pieces are the PF and 2 mini PF's
31-1002A-2008
31-1002B-2008
31-1002C-2008
What you "qualify" as a major airport and what I do are two different
things. If he lives in Denver and can fly in non-stop on a small jet,
it sure beats driving there from O'Hare or even St. Louis if he does
not like to drive. I fly quite a bit for my job and I consider
airports that have commercial commuter jet service as "major". Too bad
if you don't agree with my thinking.
> If he lives in Denver and can fly in non-stop on a small jet,

True, though *entirely irrelevent* to whether Peoria is a major airport
or not.
If all I have is a "my first 8oz hammer", it certainly beats the heck out
of trying to drive a nail with my teeth. But mere usefulness doesn't
make my hammer a major hammer; it's clearly still a pile of junk.
> I fly quite a bit for my job and I consider

That's not the definition of the word "major" that everyone else who
speaks english uses. Here's the definition of the word major:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/major
*None* of the definitions fits your use of the word. Sorry, but
according to the definition of the word, Peoria simply isn't a major
*ANYTHING*.

You know what? This is kind of a jackass response. Though it's true, it
kind of came out badly. Sorry for that, mang.
