Everyone on the klov forums think that guy is a whack job. Apparently
he ripped off a member there and he has a nasty habit of leaving
negative feedback for most of his eBay transactions.
Here is the original thread about him where he did a paypal complaint
because a seller shipped a game in 5 days instead of 3. It is a long
read, but worth it. :)

I've changed my Avatar over there in his honor!

I saw that. Classic.
I have a summer home in the Wildwoods, and Randy was kind enough to
give me a tour of the building. This was about 10 years ago. I
would love to see this arcade before I leave this earth, but he had
the same goal a decade ago without any success. In his defense, the
politics of these communities is old school, corrupt, and stagnant.

True. I don't have a horse in the race so it doesn't matter much to
me. Just thought it was interesting seeing the two polar opposite
reviews of him on the two different forums.
Either he has had reeeaaalllly bad luck or he is a giant J.O. and the
reason that the Ebay feedback system doesn't work.
I met Randy well over 14 years ago. 1996!
His collection is truly AMAZING!
He started years ago in Keansburg with Fascination, a boardwalk game and
continued to move south with it. I think he even has patents for it. His
Fascination game was setup on the WW boardwalk is really quite
interesting. He knows the boardwalk halking business inside and out.
He had a place on the Wildwood boardwalk about 14 years ago (if not
more). He was forced out by the landlord (roof issues I think)and then
moved to the WW building and has been trying to get it going ever since.
Local politics do play a large part of his battle.
As for Randy, he is a very unique person. No one knows EM's better and
he always was in the right place at the right time over the last 30
years when a shore op needed to move old games. From what I remember, he
said he had trailers filled with his finds from over the years.
I posted a small collection of my photos from then:

Steve Engle told me a story about how Randy was able to fix a broke EM
pin in about 2 mins with nothing more then a match for light and maybe a
paperclip, in the dark. I may have forgotten some of the details over
the years.
Overall, Randy, like Robert at Silverball, and Kirk at the Castle, are
true New Jersey Gems!!

But when you realize that EVERYTHING Randy gets involved with (be it eBay
dealings, the town of Wildwood, etc.) seems to become a vast conspiracy against
him, do YOU really want to be the person involved?
The ebay feedback he leaves for others is a big fat red flag - how come he
always seems to be involved with bad deals? Why him? Or - IS IT HIM?
His rant against the town of Wildwood:
