My Monster Bash Phantom Flip Feature is acting up???

Hello everyone, I have a nice MB that is not activating the Phantom
Flip feature. I put on a remote battery holder about 6 months ago,
and during that process had everything reset. Before that, both sides
of the Phantom Flip worked perfectly. After the reset, the Phantom
Flip would award 500,000 vs flipping. I had posted a few months ago
and was told that the machine needed some "playing time" to calibrate
and would begin flipping. I played a ton of games, and also ran the
ball down all of the lanes and ramps manually, but to no avail. I
then went into the settings and made sure that the feature was on (and
it was). Then did the same thing (playing a ton of games and also
running the ball manually).

Am I missing another test? I think it is the calibration because the
machine will not go into phantom flip at all. Also, I get no errors
or credit dot when powering up the machine.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Basically you have three switches on each side leading to the flipper
that all have to be working 100% in order for the Phantom flip to work
correctly. Check that all of those are working correctly first.
