Gottlieb Switch Matrix

Hiyas,

I'm new to the pinball scene. This looks like a great resource.

I'd like to start off with a simple question. I have a Gottlieb "Bad
Girls" pin and am having issues. I know that I need to replace all the
molex pins and I have ordered them.

So while waiting for the parts I studied the manual and the online
resources.

What is the switch matrix terminology mean? Is it just logic built
into the control PCB based upon the physical switch/s condition?
