Just finished my first DH.I added the drop target and used the customer
supplied black nickel.
Here is the finished game
http://christopherhutchins.com/gallery/album224

Here is the process which does a pretty good job of detailing the addition
of the drop target. The toughest part was cutting the hole, shaping it and
making it look right, the wiring etc wasn't too bad.

One thing I could use if anyone has it is a scan or copy of the cabinet
sheet .This one was missing it and I couldn't find one online.
Thanks

Nice job Chris kind of curious how you match the paint on the decales
when fixing the art work on the cabinet? Do you repaint the whole
object or just parts? Like the gun where it looked like it was torn..
As I was looking through the picture I noticed a few Fish Tales
pictures. 31 AND 32....Again nice job this is a great game..

Great job, I love the addition of the drop target!

It's cool to see a Dirty Harry get the HEP treatment.

Thanks for posting, and keep up the great work!

Thanks Bryan.
Matching the colors is a process .The Dirty Harry just took a few
hours to match. The technique and fades were more of a challenge than
the color matches.
It is done by mixing and tinting basic colors, making test panels and
spraying them out .
Sometimes it is quick and other times it is very time consuming and
you waste a lot of paint only to end up with a "decent" match. How
much of the area that gets repainted depends on how well it matches
and the art itself.
The pics of the FT are just where I am using a scrap playfield as a
template for the new drop target hole.
