Caveman and Other Gottlieb 313 bulbs--LED replacement?

Is there an LED bulb that will work for these? My Caveman has a row of
them for the backbox lights, and LEDs do not work (they dim, they get
REALLY hot to the touch).

well of course the LEDs get hot!
you're running them at 28 volts.
Unless you have some serious
current limiting resistors in series
with the LEDs, you will burn them.
