I've got a couple Williams Wiltelco 5000 payphones that I'm
restoring. I really need to get documentation on these so that I can
re-configure them. Anyone know where to obtain a complete schematic/
manual for these ?

I purchased what I thought was going to be a manual for it off of EBAY
and it appears to only be the table of contents for the operators
manual and a few limited instructions on use. I really need more
specifics of getting into the menus, erasing old passwords and
configuring the phones with new area codes, prefixes, rates, etc.

Most folks I've spoken to so far didn't even know that Williams made
pay phones. Since they only made them for 2 years back in the mid
80's and the payphone industry today is completely dead, information
for these phones is incredibly hard to come by - apparently.

ANY information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks

Steve

I believe Rick Schieve owns one of the Williams pay phones.

You could ask him if he has any documentation.
