My buddy has an STTNG with an issue. All the switches work including the start button but the game will not play. Game turns on fine, lights up, but cannot start a game. THoughts?

Thanks.

What happens on the DMD when he presses the Start button? That will
determine what area to look at. If the DMD appears that it is starting
a game, that would suggest a solenoid issue. If the DMD does a ball
search, that would suggest not all balls are loaded or recognized. If
the DMD does nothing but stay in attract mode, that would suggest a
switch issue.

Thanks guys. The obvious were checked. The odd part was it worked fine, then he checked the fuses and reseated connectors and it stopped working. When in the solonoid test, nothing fires. However, in the switch edge test, all the switches register. The DMD starts in attract. Then when you hit start, it displays the locating ball message once, then nothing.
