Star Wars Bar Motor Not Working, but relay clicking?

During bar motor test, I can hear the relay under the playfield clicking, not the motor is not running. Not only am I having trouble finding this said motor, but how does it work after the relay. How is the best way to diagnose?

To clarify when game is powered on, how do I command the motor to do something so I can test for voltage? I want to ruke out a faulty motor itself or a wiring / board issue.
