Action Pinball- What's your experience been like?

What has the community experienced with them as far as accuracy of
orders, ship time and overall customer service?

I've bought from them a number of times and it has always been a good
experience. Some of the more common items can be found cheaper at Pinball
Life, but they have a good supply of game specific items that others may not
carry.

Haven't ordered from him yet but Ray is (was ?) for many years on rgp and always had good feedback.. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from him.

Ray is a great guy.All the parts I have bought from him are top notch.I
travel to Salt lake every 2 months and buy parts from him when Im there.

Also as another supplier that accepts Paypal you can use Pinball Life.

And Bay Area Amusements is another great source that accepts paypal.

Bought a NIB Stern from Ray and several parts orders, machine got here
in perfect condition, never a problem with any orders. Excellent guy.

I'm lucky enough to have Ray local. I drop in from time to time to get
parts that I don't want to wait for and I save on some shipping. He's a
great repair guy too, and he's fixed up some of my friend's machines
nicely.

Ray has been around RGP longer than most. Great service in ROMs and
parts.
