Don't do it unless you really know how to do it. I tried removed my
mylar off my Who Dunnit and ended up removing alot of the detail on
the inserts. I couldn't stand it and eventually swapped it out for a
NOS Playfield.

Looks nice. I am about to do the same to.a.Time.Machine. I can't imagine
touching up for inserts is a major problem or issue.

Before I started to remove the mylar from my ES, I ordered the ES insert
decal sheet from Classic Arcades. Somehow, I had a feeling some of them
would have to be replaced. Here is a link.

I new there was a chance to lift some text off the inserts, but I
think the final product was
well worth the risk....
Still a really nice ES playfield.

So what are you going to do with this machine, is it for sale? That is
a nice play field and the back glass looks mint as in new. Do have any
pictures of the cabinet if you are thinking of selling this machine?
Thanks---

Nice job. I've got a super nice ES which I have restored the cabinet
and debating on wether or not I should remove the mylar but have not
had the time to do yet. I have done it in the past with good success
and my ES play field has virtually no insert lifting or issues. I
think I may do the same when I have some time.
