Last night when i turned the pin on the ball would not shoot out. The
drop targets would not reset and the test car mech does not go up or
down. Any thoughts what could have caused this and what to look for to
get it fixed

Smells like a blown fuse to me. :)

Pull F21 a 3 amp slow blow fuse and check it with a meter.
Manual helps. Otherwise turn the game on, go into portals, go to
diagnostics, go to coils, step through to the coil(s) in question, see the
bar that has draw on it ? hit that, you get wiring, transistor, and fuse
information. LTG :)
