Sound seems to work normal in the game.
Thanks

Welcome to The House of Pinball http://www.iae.nl/users/vlamings
Try removing and reseating all of the ribbon cables in the backbox.
Other than that, it may be a bad custom chip on the MPU board, or bad
connection to it- try pressing on the chip to make sure it is seated
well in its socket (this is the big square chip in center of board.)
Hope that helps!

We're serious about pinball. Anything else is just for fun!
This same problem can occur in Twilight Zone when going up to 9.4H or
9.2 game ROM with L-2 sound ROM. Doesn't happen always, and often can
be cured by either reseating the PLCC chip on MPU board or power cycling
the game. Sometimes it won't go away though, and you have to revert
back to old ROM.
Wish WMS could shed some light on it, but I imagine it's a tough problem
to track down.
FYI.

I Placed the new version L-7 of the IJ gamerom in and did this before I did
replace the soundrom L-3,
I searched and searchd, tought also the flatcables but nothing worked.
Then I dezide to place the old rom back and problem was solved. I replaced
both eproms again for L-7 and the sound L-3 and now it works fine.
Thanks for reply.
