Great guy!

I bought a FH playfield, and a new plastic set to bring to Doug later
this spring or summer. He does really nice work. His games at
Allentown looked great, and played perfectly with no errors. I'd deal
with Doug in a second, and will!

yes Doug Huse. Sorry if I sent you an email. I'm actually new to this
site so first time here. When I was posting that I thought I was
replying to a topic. Now that I went back and checked it was an old
topic that appears to be locked and the button I hit was reply to
author. I guess it sent you an email by mistake, sorry about that.
Anyway as you saw on the message it did cut out at the end. I was
trying to highlight a word at the end to edit but somehow it wound up
hitting send.

Anyhow to sum it all up, I have a 2000 Stern Sharkey's Shootout which
I got last october in York. Just got a 1995 Bally Theater of Magic in
allentown.
I want to get one of those Medieval Madness pins. They are quite a bit
of money but I won't stop until I own one.

Other pins that I have played and like (and would like to own - but
probably won't own too many due to lack of space unless I get a small
building and put my machines in that or rent a storage building and
keep games there and periodically swap them around)

From Bally, I would go with Addam's Family, Twilight Zone, Attack From
Mars, Cactus Canyon
From Williams, Medieval Madness, Johnny Mnemonic, No Fear, No Good
Gophers, Getaway high speed 2, Terminator 2, Tales of the Arabian
nights
From Gottleib, Stargate, Street Fighter 2, Super Mario Bros.
From Stern, all of them. other than Austin Powers pinball (which a
local arcade just got in, ive played it but dont like it too much),
I'll play and would like any Stern game.

On that subject, have you guys heard much about the new Stern Indiana
Jones pin? I happened to see something about it on Sterns website but
it just said the game was coming soon.

Also, John, what pins do you have? What pins do you want to buy
someday?

and reading the end of what i sent you via quoted text, when I got the
Theater of Magic in allentown from Doug it did (does) look excellent.
When I saw the pics he sent me I thought that the game looked like it
was brand new out of the box. Seeing the game in person it still
looked nice and new. I did not have a chance to look at or play every
game he brought to Allentown, but aside from my Theater, the other
game which looked better was the Creature from the Black Lagoon that
he had. That one was awesome. He didn't have it set up on free play
and if you wanted to play it you had to ask him or his wife to put
credits on it. I see the point though since that thing looked brand
new you'd swear it just came out of the box. Completely new siderails,
lockdown bar, I've never played a game that was that Shiny! His wife
had put 1 credit on the game, and I managed to win 3 more free games,
just from that 1. Hit the replay score of 200 million, got the
special, and hit the number match at the end. Not bad for someone who
never played a Creature pin before.
