Obscure Topper Challenge!

So I recently got a Johnny Mnemonic and wondered if they ever made a
topper and apparently there was a few that ended up getting made....

Looking to get my hands on one but I know that chances are slim so I am
looking for the next best thing... A Picture :-)

I want to see about re-making one along the same lines as the original.

Any Help would be much appreciated ;-)
